The FLUSH GENIE is a versatile, programmable automatic flush system designed for urinals and toilets. Its intelligent design lets you switch between sensor-activated and timer-controlled modes. In SENSOR mode, it emits an infrared beam to detect users, automatically flushing when they leave. An electronic push button offers a courtesy flush option. In TIMER mode, it transforms urinals into water-saving fixtures by regulating daily flushes, programmable from every 30 minutes to 3 hours. After 135 minutes of inactivity, it enters a SLEEP mode to prevent unnecessary flushes. A manual flush override, using a provided key, allows custodial staff to flush the unit at any time, with the electronic push button deactivated in TIMER mode.
