In honor of Bulova’s 150th anniversary and in acknowledgement that Bulova invented the first commercial clock radio in 1928, we are introducing a Retro Modern updated version of our most popular case design from the 60’s & 70’s. Housed in solid American Ash and finished in a washed gray stain. The speaker case has a genuine speaker cloth front cover to shape the excellent audio sound. The silent electric clock movement keeps jewelers' precision time with a sweep seconds hand. Lighted dial on demand and a repeatable snooze feature. Wake to the solid-state digital FM radio or a traditional alarm. The rear set knobs are oversized for easy time and alarm adjustment. The digital radio automatically scans for local stations and remembers the last one played displaying the frequency. The high-quality Bluetooth® speaker can be chosen separately from the radio to allow for all types of program streaming from any platform. The speaker has a rated audio output of 2x10 Watts with less than 10% harmonic distortion. In addition, there are USB–A and USB-C ports to charge any type of device as well as a headphone/audio jack for private listening. To take full advantage of the quality speaker there is also an audio-in port for classic devices such as iPods. To enhance signal reception, an external FM antenna jack is provided.
