Jaccard 3331 Simply Better Meat Tenderizer, 15 Stainless Steel Blades

The Jaccard Simply Better Meat Tenderizer is the original is the original, updated to include stainless steel actuating columns. Triple action uses 15 stainless steel saber blades to tenderize any boneless cut of beef, veal, pork, chicken, lamb or fish. Tenderizing helps create more flavor and less shrinkage, and the meat rapidly absorbs marinade. Use on a cutting board, gently pressing the Jaccard over the meat. If the meat is thicker than 1", tenderize both sides. The Jaccard Meat Tenderizer can be cleaned under hot running water or placed in the top rack of the dishwasher. It is recommended that you clean your Jaccard before using for the first time, and occasionally oil the two main columns with salad or mineral oil.
