Our Combi-Units feature a fully cushion wrapped stem and embedded guide wire tip for ease of installation. For permanent and best results, always use with an appropriate carbide cutter and use KX-511F flammable chemical cement. If an injury angle is more than 25 degrees, repair with a two piece KEX stem and repair unit.
