Due to the powder 's particle size is not uniform, or become damp and other factors, make the powder valve switch failure, clogging, it shouold be repaired in time before be used again . 4. Attention --must use dry powder. 5. Regular cleaning spray gun, in order to avoid the gas tube holes are blocked. while cleaning pipe hole ,ejects out and clean up the control powder feeder. 6. Keep the gas pipeline drying, smooth to avoid damp effect of powder. 7. All the pipelines of spray welding torch are not contaminated oil, to prevent oxygen meet oil to have combustion and explosion. 8. Spray gun at the end of work, first close the acetylene valve, and then use the oxygen blowing internal pipeline, after liquidation shall be sprayed welding torch and hose hanging, prevent dust and impurity invasion of spray welding nozzle, to effect the normal use. 9. The use of spray welding torch, oxygen, acetylene pipeline must be equipped with a backfire preventing device.
