- STEP 1 - Begin by placing the larger diameter side of the egg rings down on the pan. Preheat the pan to medium-low setting (or 275°F on the Nuwave Precision Induction Cooktop) for about 3 minutes.
- STEP 2 - Prepare the Egg Ring by drizzling or brushing a small amount of oil inside the egg rings to evenly coat the interior and the pan.
- STEP 3 - Crack the eggs directly into the prepared egg rings. Some initial egg leakage is normal. Press down on the egg rings until the eggs set. Once the egg is no longer translucent, the egg will keep its shape. Remove the egg rings first when flipping.
