- GRADE 1 CERTIFIED, FIRE-RATED STRENGTH: ANSI/BHMA A156.13 Grade 1 certified and UL listed for a 3-Hour fire rating (ANSI/UL 10C No. R40842). Engineered for apartment corridors and heavy-traffic multi-family doors that cannot afford to fail.
- F20 APARTMENT CORRIDOR FUNCTION: Deadbolt operates by key outside or turn inside, locking the latchbolt with it; a switch toggle locks or unlocks the outside lever. Inside lever always retracts both bolts for immediate egress, outside stays secured.
- SOLID 304 STAINLESS STEEL ESCUTCHEON: Solid-cast satin stainless steel escutcheon panel, 1-15/16" x 8", with matching lever handle. Resists corrosion, scratching, and daily wear far beyond standard residential locksets.
- WIDELY COMPATIBLE, EASY RETROFIT: 3-5/8" cylinder-to-spindle spacing and 2-3/4" backset match most commercial mortise lock cases, dropping into existing door prep with minimal modification. Fits doors 1-3/4" up to 2-3/8" thick.
- BUILT TO LAST, BACKED BY OAKMOORE: Auxiliary deadlocking latch resists shimming; 6-pin Type C keyway cylinder included with 3 keys. Backed by Oakmoore's long-life warranty and dedicated US-based support.
